The Great Battle for God

In our confused and chaotic world, one of the great battlefields is whether God is real and if His Word has meaning for us today.

In our confused and chaotic world, one of the great battlefields is the debate about whether God is real and if His Word has meaning for us today. There is growing public and cultural pressure to erode the knowledge of God from the public consciousness, as atheism continues to grow in numbers and influence.

Few grasp that the same instruction mankind rejects holds the answers to our problems and to the greatest questions of life. As the Apostle Paul states in the first chapter of the book of Romans, we human beings have every reason to believe that God exists.

‘For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse’ (Romans 1:20).

Ever since Adam and Eve hid themselves from the presence of God in the Garden in Eden, people have challenged God’s guiding presence in the world He created.

The good news is that God’s eternal desire to share His glory will be realized. No human or spiritual obstacle will prevent it and each day brings that day closer. God’s great  purpose to share eternal life, will be fulfilled.
